Show me your Bone Fish and I’ll show you mine

I read in the Wikipedia article about bone fishing that they were inedible or rarely eating. We eat them every week in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Although, they are bottom feeders the water here is so darn clean and clear whatever they are eating on the bottom here produces some of the biggest bone fish in the world and the sweetest fish you’ve ever tasted. Any fly fisherman in the world dreams of catching a bone fish or dreams of the first bone fish they caught. Imagine catching a ghost that can rip the rod out your hands and move at the speed of light. If you fortunate to hang on when it hits think about struggling to get a 8-12lb. monster like this in the boat. Your best chance to pull this off is to pack your bags and come to our townhouse on Middle Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands. New Bone Fishing Boats
Posted on 10th July 2011We have just purchased and are in the process of shipping the attached equipment down to Middle Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands to facilitate ease of access to the reefs for snorkelers but more importantly far greater access to the Bone Fish flats now accessed by the Causeway or on the east side of the island at Windward Going Through for our steady repeat clientel of serious bone fisherman.
